History

The Facility was set-up in 1984, by the West German Trained Technocrat Mr. L. A. Shetty, after his 16 year stint with India's leading Cutting Tool Manufacturer. The facility was meant to provide a precision tool room set-up to the upcoming industrial area in Nasik, Maharashtra, India.

Focus Areas

The Second Generation joined hands in the year 2000, and they brought about a focus shift from a pure service industry to a product industry. The focus was to move to manufacture of special cutting tools in carbide, hss and other steels. The facility saw large scale investment in the form of precision reliable Swiss Thread Grinders, CNC Tool and Cutter Grinders and other state of the art manufacturing and inspection assets.

The whole foundation was built upon uncompromising raw material procurement and very closely monitored work in progress to ensure reliability, speed of deliveries and cutting edge advantage to the customers.

Current Focus Areas

The facility now is a one stop place for all special cutting tool requirements, most of them import substitutes, with major government push to manufacture and produce in India. Our Clients now include Aerospace, Automobile, Marine, Small Arms and Ammunition, Oil& Power industries.
